Forklift Truck Runs over Worker's Foot

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on September 14, 2006, a forklift tire ran over an employee's left foot. The employee was transported to Corona Regional Medical Center, and was subsequently transferred to Riverside County Regional Medical Center where surgery was performed. The employee was hospitalized for approximately three days. The accident investigation report did not specify the type of work that was being performed by the employee, and the reason the accident occurred.
