Falling Recreational Vehicle Parts Fracture Employee's Leg

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on August 4, 2006, Employee #1 was working for a firm that sold recreational vehicles at wholesale. He sustained a fracture to the lower part of his left leg when several recreational vehicle sidewalls fell onto him. He was transported to Riverside County Regional Medical Center, where he was admitted and surgery was performed. He was hospitalized for four days.
