Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

At about 11:50 a.m. on August 15, 2006, Employee #1, a regular worker of Garrison Tarnow Panting, was standing on a Werner fiberglass 6 ft step ladder, while applying joint compound to the corner of a wall. At this time, the employee fell off the ladder and hit the frame of the window. He was hospitalized for five days with multiple injuries, including fractures to his left wrist and jaw and several injuries to the left side of his body.
