Employee's Thumb Tip Is Amputated in Rewinder Machine

At approximately 2:50 p.m. on August 5, 2005, Employee #1's thumb came into contact with a chain and sprocket on a rewinder machine. His right thumb tip was amputated, and he was transported to Tri Industrial Medical Center, where he was treated and released the same day.
