Employee Is Killed in Fall from Second Story

Employee #1 was standing on the fourth or fifth step of a fiberglass stepladder preparing to install truss hip corners. The ladder was on the floor of the second story of a home that was under construction. Employee #1 fell approximately 20 feet through a wall opening to the concrete floor and was killed.
