Investigation Summary
At approximately 6:40 a.m. on November 29, 2007, Employee #1, a psychiatric orderly, was found in his office by a nurse who initiated CPR and called the Code Team. The Code lasted approximately 20 minutes after which the ICU Resident Doctor pronounced Employee #1 dead. Unofficially, the death was believed to be due to natural causes.
