Employee Trips on Wood Piece, Fracturing Ankle

At approximately 2:20 p.m. on January 24, 2005, an employee was manually carrying a 0.63 in. by 4 ft by 8 ft sheet of plywood. As he turned around, he stepped on a 2 in. by 4 in. wood stud and tripped over it. He twisted his foot and was hospitalized for a fractured right ankle.
