Fall from Tractor Kills Employee

On September 12, 2005, an employee rode on the back of a yard tractor (yard dog) to position his trailer at a set of loading doors. When the rig backed up, the employee fell from the back of the vehicle under the yard dog. The employee was trapped under the yard dog and died from asphyxia.
