Worker killed by circular saw

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on October 6, 2004, Employee #1 of the ECS Engineering Corporation was fatally injured when the gas-driven circular saw he was using to cut a clay sewer line kicked back right after completing the cut of the pipe, striking and cutting him. The powered tool flipped into the air and came into contact with the right side of the employee's neck.
