Investigation Summary
On February 22, 2005, Employee #1 was working as a logger, cutting a tree by himself in the woods. The tree fell suddenly, striking the top of a nearby sapling and then sliding down to the bottom. The felled tree kicked back and struck Employee #1 in the back, knocking him to the ground and killing him.
