Employee Is Struck by Forklfit, Fractures Leg

At approximately 3:50 p.m. on August 13, 2008, Employee #1 was working for a company as a process control person. At the time of the accident, she was walking beside a fork lift truck and having a conversation with the operator. When the fork lift made a left turn, she was run over by the forklift. Her leg was broken. Employee #1 was taken to a hospital for treatment and was hospitalized for one and a half months.
