Employee's Hand Lacerated Un-Jamming Conveyor

At approximately 6:20 a.m. on October 25, 2007, Employee #1, a machine operator, was removing product that was stuck in a conveyor using a screw driver. His hand slammed on a sharp edge of the cover resulting in a deep laceration of his right wrist. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
