Employee dies after being struck by car and pinned to truck

At approximately 7:09 a.m. on September 14, 2007, Employee #1 was struck by a neighbor's car in Norwalk, CA, and pinned against his own a pick-up truck. He died at the scene of the accident. CAL/OSHA determined it had no jurisdiction in this case because it was deemed to be a traffic-related accident.
