Employee's Eye Punctured by Flying Metal
At approximately 1:45 p.m. on August 20, 2007, Employee #1, a maintenance mechanic, was buffing a piece of metal. In the process, the piece of metal dislodged from the tri-stand vise. The piece of metal flew and hit Employee #1 in the eye causing him to be hospitalized for 4 days for treatment.
