Employee Fractures Fingers in Molding Machine

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on August 25, 2006, Employee #1 was working in the injection molding department. Employee #1 was attempting to dislodge a part in an automatic molding machine, when the molding machine retracted and crushed Employee #1's left hand. Employee #1 fractured and lacerated his left index and middle fingers.
