Truck Strikes Employee Killing Him

On July 16, 2004, a drilling rig was transported and assembled on site. An employee working in conjunction with the truck driver positioned himself behind the truck and the load. The truck accidentally backed into the employee's chest and pinned him between the load and the truck, killing him.
