Employee Is Injured in Fall From Elevation

Employee #1 was securing a tarp on the top of a trailer. He was walking across the top of the wet tarp and slipped and fell from the top of the trailer. He fell approximately 14 feet and landed face first on the concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained multiple fractures to his forearms, a fractured wrist, and lacerations to his chest. He also sustained contusions to his knees and cheek bones, and his front teeth were knocked out. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.
