Employee Dies from Heat Stoke

On July 18, 2005, Employee #1 was working in a laundry department in a sheltered workshop. He had a preexisting medical condition and he collapsed and lost consciousness. The cause of collapse could not be determined with certainty, but may have been due to heat stress. Employee #1 never regained consciousness and died.
