Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on March 6 2003, Employee #1 was attempting to dislodge a piece of scrap metal from the tracks of the Samsung excavator. The metal flew from the track and struck Employee #1 in the face causing a laceration. Employee #1 suffered bruises and abrasions but was not hospitalized.
