Employee injured in fall from stepladder

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on December 9, 2003, Employee #1 was standing near the top of an A-frame stepladder, installing fiberglass installation around HVAC ducts inside a new laboratory research building. He lost his balance and fell approximately 12 ft, striking a nearby unfinished interior wall. His sustained injuries to his shoulder, arm, and wrist, for which he was hospitalized.
