Employee dies after being trapped by skidder

On October 23, 2003, Employee #1 was found trapped in the pinch point of a New Holland skid-steer loader that was being used as a forklift. The employee was trapped between the boom and the frame of the machine. Employee #1 died of asphyxiation.
