Employee Is Killed in Fall Through Unguarded Roof Opening

On February 4, 2005, Employee #1, of Labor Ready, was performing general labor tasks for a general contractor at a construction site. He was working on the roof, when he fell 27 feet through an open hole. He sustained fractures, and he was killed. He was not wearing fall protection, and the hole was not covered.
