Investigation Summary
While operating the winder, Employee #1 turned sharply to the left to turn the machine to the manual position. While turning to the left, Employee #1's right hand swung to the left and his hand hit the tape machine blade that had sharp points on it. Employee #1 cut the middle finger of his right hand. Employee was treated for his injury but was not hospitalized.
