Employee overexposed to carbon monoxide at work

On March 30, 2004, an employee and several coworkers operating propane-fueled scissor lift were overexposed to carbon monoxide. The time-weighted-averages of 73.7 ppm, 60 ppm, 54 ppm and 71 ppm were detected. The employee was not hospitalized.
