Employee died after fall on stairs

Employee #1 and other security personnel were escorting a woman to the security office when she became combative, causing Employee #1 to fall on a set of stairs. Employee #1 was transported to the Western Arizona Regional Medical for treatment. He was released and later re-admitted to the hospital where he died from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome.
