Investigation Summary
On July 1, 2003, an employee entered a plant and began shooting coworkers. Employees #1 through #3 were killed and Employees #4 through #8 were hospitalized with gunshot wounds. The perpetrator left the plant and died later from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after exchanging fire with the police in downtown Jefferson City, MO.
