Employee Is Killed When Struck by Forklift
On November 20, 2004, an employee and rest of the live haul crew were working early in the morning at a poultry farm. The crew was catching chickens for shipment to a poultry processing plant. The employee was struck by and ran over by a forklift outside of the chicken house and was killed.
