Employee Is Crushed By Vehicle

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on November 20, 2003, Employee #1 was working in the yard using a handyman jack to lift a car from the rear wheel well, on the passenger's side of the vehicle. Employee #1 crawled under the rear of the car and started to remove the gas tank, when the car came off the jack and fell on him. Employee #1 died as a result of his injuries.
