Employee killed after 20 foot fall from ladder

On October 24, 2003, Employee #1 was sent from Florida to Houston, to install a rocket launcher set that projects lights of a rocket at the Houston arena. The employee fell 20 ft from a ladder. Employee #1 was killed.
