Employee Suffers Fracture in Fall from Ladder

At 5:57 a.m. on September 29, 2005, Employee #1, of Target, was on a ladder (5th step) in the stockroom being handed boxes of goods to set upon storage shelves. According to the manager, while Employee #1 was handed a box, she lost her balance and fell. Employee #1 was transported to the University Medical Center in Fresno, CA and treated for unspecified fractures.
