Investigation Summary
At 11:30 a.m. on August 11, 2005, Employee #1, a carpenter working for J. Rangel Construction of Mojave in California, was performing his duties on a 3-man crew. The employee Was injured when the 2-in. by 6-in. by 25-ft in length and by 10-ft in height wood framed wall, which he was helping to stand, fell backwards and fractured both bones of his left leg.
