Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:37 p.m. on August 16, 2004, an employee was killed as a result of being run over by a John Deere Model Number 4650 tractor connected to dual tomato hoppers as the employee attempted to perform repairs on the transmission linkage. The Kings County Coroner arrived on site to remove the body.
