Employee's finger amputated after being bitten

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on April 9, 2004, Employee #1 had the tip of her left pinkie finger bitten off by a client. The client was in restraints and had complained that the restraints were too tight. Employee #1 was transported to the Sierra View District Hospital in Porterville, California, where she was hospitalized.
