Employee dies after fall from ladder

On April 23, 2003, Employee #1 was working on a ladder installing guttering at a home job site. He fell from the ladder approximately 18 ft onto a concrete pad, and then rolled onto a grass yard. Employee #1 was taken to Grady hospital, where he died on April 26, 2003.
