Employee killed when crushed by falling trailer

Employee #1, a truck driver, was emptying a load of coal from a semi-tractor and trailer at a power plant and was preparing to drive forward. A coworker, operating another semi-tractor and trailer approximately 8 feet 2 inches away from Employee #1, was raising the trailer bed on uneven ground when the breakaway pin came out of the seat. The trailer fell to the right and crushed the cab of Employee #1's truck, killing him.
