Employee injured when run over by fork lift

On December 30, 2002, Employee #1, a mechanic, was standing outside the shop door. The fork lift operator picked up a Porta Potty with a Daewoo 4,000-pound-capacity fork lift. He then backed up without looking behind him. The fork lift operator backed out the shop door, running over Employee #1, breaking both his legs. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
