Employee died of heart attack at work

On November 18, 2002, Employee #1 started work at her regular start time of 7:00 a.m. She was later seen at 7:45 a.m. At approximately 8:00 a.m., she was found in the employee restroom in an unresponsive state. Employee #1 was taken to the emergency room and pronounced dead at 8:25 a.m. from a heart attack.
