Employee is injured when pulls off of working level

On July 30, 2003, Employee#1 was working on a bundle of decking material. At the same time, the other crew members were lowering the other bundle of decking material. As the load was being lowered into the area, the rigging got loose and the decking material fell. The falling material struck Employee #1's lanyard and pulled him off of working level to the lower floor. Employee sustained a fractured back and was hospitalized.
