Employee pinned by a fork truck and injured

On February 3, 2003, an employee of Supreme Corporation was using a fork truck to a load truck body onto a float bed trailer. He put the gear shift in neutral and set the emergency brake. The employee got off the fork truck and walked between the fork truck and trailer to position blocks to lower the truck body on. He was under the load. The fork truck rolled forward pinning the employee between the fork truck and trailer. The employee was hospitalized and treated for fractures.
