Employee died due to fall
On June 26, 2003, Employee #1 was working on the roof of a lobby that was approximately 12-feet high. As he stepped on the coping of the roof, he lost his balance and fell. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for his injuries. He died fourteen days later.
