Employee Died of Heart Failure

At approximately 12:40 p.m. on December 2, 2002, Employee #1 was playing basketball during his lunch break with other staff members when he complained of not feeling well and collapsed. On-site medical staff provided medical assistance and Employee #1 was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
