Employee killed in fall through skylight

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on February 16, 2004, Employee #1 was preparing to remove and replace a metal roof when he fell 23 ft through a skylight, landing on an interior concrete floor. He sustained serious internal injuries and was transported to a local hospital, where he died on February 19, 2004. The skylight was not guarded.
