Employee killed after sustaining chemical burns

On July 18, 2003, Employee #1 was filling zinc balls into cylinders and shuttled planks as work platforms on top of tanks. The employee lost his balance and fell off plank into a tank of plating solution. Employee #1 sustained chemical burns and was killed.
