Employee's forearm caught in machine

On October 14, 2002, Employee #1 caught his arm in a dough machine while trying to remove the sticky dough buildup from under the pockets. The employee bypassed the guard by reaching into the running components of the machine. Employee #1 suffered multiple fractures and lacerations to his right forearm and was hospitalized.
