Employee backs car off of trailer

On January 7, 2003, Employee #1 was loading a vehicle onto a tractor trailer. Employee #1 was leaning out of the vehicle window as he backed the vehicle onto the vehicle hauler. He was moving the vehicle very slow as he backed onto the vehicle hauler. When he approached the location over the tractor cab, he slowly moved the vehicle rear tires down into the basket. At this time the rear tires of the vehicle jumped out of the basket. The vehicle fell off the front of the vehicle hauler ten ft to the ground. It rolled back after hitting the ground approximately three ft. Employee #1 was not hospitalized for his injuries.
