Two employees fall from manbasket

On May 1, 2003, Employee #1 and Employee #2 were in a forklift manbasket being lowered from a roof top. One of the employees walked from his original position at one end of the manbasket toward the other end where the second employee was standing, causing the center of gravity to shift. The manbasket tipped over lengthwise, throwing out both employees. Both Employee #1 and #2 were transported by ambulance to the local hospital and were admitted with fractures.
