Employee Injured When Tractor Part Falls On Finger

Employee #1 was removing the front end of a John Deere tractor Model 320 to repair the hydraulics. The tires folded in together and fell forward. Employee #1 was knocked forward and reached out to break his fall and the front end fell on his finger. Employee #1 suffered the amputation of his finger but was not hospitalized.
