Employee killed when crushed by falling pallets

At approximately 10:55 a.m. on October 30, 1992, Employee #1 was walking by a stack of three pallets containing wooden panels as the stack fell. He was crushed. On site personnel removed him from the stacks of material and he was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
