Employee Is Injured in Fall with Ladder

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on September 9, 2002, Employee #1 was climbing the lower section of a fiberglass extension ladder when the ladder collapsed. He fell approximately 6 feet, fracturing his left heel, ankle, and leg. He was hospitalized with his injuries.
