One employee killed, one burned when main assembly explodes

On July 22, 2002, Employee #1, a electrical estimator, was taken by Employee #2, a licensed electrician, to a flour mill to measure an electrical main busbar assembly in preparation for replacing a main circuit breaker. The two workers removed the front panel from the circuit breaker. The estimator then took a wooden ruler and was beginning to measure the assembly when an explosion occurred at the base of the circuit breaker. Employee #1 was killed and Employee #2 was hospitalized with serious burns.
